This is my second post in the Teapigs series, I did a Lemon & Ginger Tealoaf last month which was really yummy. You should definitely check that out.
Anyway, in this post, I enrolled some help from my gorgeous girl Rose, who consequently has just created her own blog. We made some amazing Chai & Raspberry Iced Tea. This is a pic heavy post but I love photos so sorry. (Not sorry)
But anyway, down to the recipe, you will need, your teabags, I think you should use one for each person that you’re serving, so Rose and I used two teabags. You will also need loads of ice and a boiled kettle. For this recipe you’ll also need raspberries and some elderflower cordial.
The first step that you need to do is soak your teabags in the boiling water like you would with a normal cup of tea, we used a big jug as it was easier to top up with cold water and ice. At the time that we topped our tea up with cold water and ice, we put it in a sink of iced water to aid the cooling process!
When we served it up, we tried wine glasses and tea cups, just to make it look pretty. We added some elderflower cordial to the bottom of our glasses, added some raspberries and then poured over our now chilled tea. Add some more ice if you like and there you have it!
