Kurt Geiger are officially the fairy godmother of all Christmas parties. I mean look at these beautiful shoes! It’s officially Christmas party season coming up soon and I was panicking about what I was going to wear when a magical email from Kurt Geiger pinged into my inbox.

Enter the Berwick Red Leather & Pom Pom Heels*. Oh my god. Look at these babies. These really are party shoes!

I had the shoes locked down from day 1 but then there were the trials and tribulations of finding a dress to go with them. Something that was going to coordinate, obviously, but not take away too much from these incredible shoes. I knew I wanted a plain dress but I’d tried on a black one and it just wasn’t right. On the off chance I popped in River Island and spotted this Pink V-Neck Swing Dress straight away. I think it goes really well with the pink in the pom poms of the shoes. I don’t usually shop in River Island that often but this year they’ve surprised me. Now I’ve got to find the bag – help a sister out!

Aside from rocking them with this super-bright dress I’m definitely planning on wearing them with my favourite jeans and a plain cami top for another Christmas party I’m planning to attend. These are the perfect shoes for dressing up any plain outfit, if you don’t know what to wear, pop on your favourite jeans and some crazy statement shoes like these babies and you’ve got a killer outfit.

In terms of hair and makeup with these shoes, I think a red nail will look awesome but I think I’ll keep the rest of the look quite simple. I don’t think a statement lip would go with this dress but maybe with a plain jeans and cami combo, a red or pink lip would really complement these shoes!
