As much as I’m a lover of a takeaway, pizza and a brownie I do love my healthy snacks too and I like to think I’m pretty balanced most of the time. I’m always on the look out for a new taste, a new snack and something to mix up my routine because I do get a bit bored of eating the same thing all the time. So when Erbology contacted me to see if I wanted to try some of their snacks I of course said yes!

So, this is a funny post for me… I set up, managed and ran an awesome (if I do say so myself) blogger event at work for Results With Lucy last week but I also attended it as a local blogger! I thought, why not? I’ll be there anyway and I preferred to get involved with the girls and planned the event to be one that I would enjoy if I was invited to it so I obviously wanted to do it too! It was great to get involved and see blogger events from both sides, the organising, and the attending.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Said, someone once and now everyone’s stolen their saying. But, still, it is super important to eat breakfast because you’ve essentially been ‘fasting’ all night whilst you’ve been asleep. I don’t believe that you need to eat at a certain time, like an hour after waking, or anything like that because I’ve not seen evidence that it really matters. I usually eat about 1-1.5 hours after waking up on weekdays and it’s definitely within 30 mins on weekends when showering before eating is 100% not necessary.

Staying on track on a ‘diet’ can be super tough. That’s why I’m so glad that I’ve finally found a lifestyle that I feel like I can stick to! I’ve done my fair share of fad diets and workouts in my time so I finally feel like I’m there with something sustainable! Here I’ve got some tips on how to stay on track with your food and not cave when someone hands you a £1 McDonalds voucher in the street.

Brunch is big business in Barcelona! We found that breakfast, brunch, and lunch were super easy meals to find great places to eat but dinner was a little more difficult. I live for snacks, snacks are one of the my favourite parts of the day because they just happen so frequently! I always have a morning, an afternoon snack or two and an evening snack post-dinner if I’m craving something sweet. Beach Body + is over and I’m here to tell you basically, whether it’s worth the money or not! Obviously, we all want to look like Lucy Meck, she’s a stunner but she’s also done a hell of a lot of hard work to get to where she is. Beach Body + is the intermediate to advanced plan for if you’re already into the fitness game and just want a little push before a big event i.e a holiday.

So many ladies wonder why they’re keeping calories low and exercise high, yet they aren’t seeing results in the mirror. If anything, they could think that they look worse than before!
