Another day, another pizza! We love a Sunday evening out for tea and last week we popped along to Revolution in Hockley to sample their Summer Special menu which is a new, fresh and light selection of dishes. This teeny tiny new menu is packed full of flavours from Rome and Naples and has 5 mains and one dessert. Luke and I both played it safe and went for pizzas! I had the Campo De’ Fiori Romana which has courgette, anchovies, mozzarella and ricotta as well as a little bit of pesto, this was really fresh and tasty but I would have definitely liked to have a bit of a tomato base with some more cheese.
