My Boden Dream Holiday Wardrobe

According to me it’s not too early to be thinking about my holiday wardrobe. Hands up if you’re tired of hiding your toes away in ankle boots and shielding your legs from the sun in black skinny jeans. I’m with you! Anyway, to bring a little sunshine into our lives we booked out summer holiday to Greece and I immediately starting thinking about what I’d packed away into my ‘summer box’ and got very excited. This them prompted a little bit of online browsing, naturally, and I’ve come up with a complete holiday capsule wardrobe from the lovely lot at Boden.

Outfit 1: Travelling

Travelling is a big bit of the holiday, you’re going to be on the move for at least 4-5 hours from taxis to flights to transfers so you’ve got to be comfy. I always go with denim as it’s comfy and it’s warm, I get quite cold on planes so I need to be fairly covered up. The Sophia Denim Jumpsuit is the absolute dream, look how comfy this look whilst also making you look like one of those chicks who can pull off a jumpsuit. Yeah, you are! I’d pair with the awesome Florence Leopard Print Flats because these will go with anything whilst you’re on holiday too and the Fearne Slouchy Bag – seriously roomy and a stunning colour. I always make sure I have a bag within a bag with all the important bits and bobs in so this Soft Metallic Pouch is perfect for storing tickets and passports etc.

Outfit 2: Beach Day

Made it – officially on holiday! This equals heading to the beach, naturally. I fell in love with this Colourblock Bikini as soon as I saw it as I love the colours and the shape of the top is really flattering on a smaller bust. I like that it’s not just a piece of string connecting a few bits of materials which seems to be a lot of bikinis when it comes to holiday shopping. I always take a versatile cover-up away with me and a Classic White Shirt should be a staple in everyone’s holiday wardrobe. Paired with the statement Richmond Shorts in Poppy Red, this is an easy outfit to wear to the beach but it’s also suitable for lunch time when sitting in cafes and restaurants.

Outfit 3: Dinner Out

Time for a fancy dinner at an amazing seafood restaurant (probably, this is my favourite holiday activity!). I love this Mia Printed Tunic, it’s super retro without looking old-fashioned and I love that it’s got long sleeves. Paired with the Bonnie Studded Flats in navy and a tan, you’ve got a killer combination.

 Outfit 4: Evening Barbecue

I always seem to have a Long Sleeved Breton Top wherever I am, they’re just my favourite item of clothing. Everyone always jokes that I don’t need anymore stripes but I just can’t help myself when I see those dreamy horizontal stripes. White trousers seem to only be ok whilst abroad so I’ll take advantage with these Richmond Cigarette Trousers in Ivory and pair them with these stunning Cicely Heels in Grey.
