Post in collaboration with Nicole’s Beauty Nottingham a lovely at-home salon in East Bridgford. Nicole kindly gifted me a set of lashes as I wanted to trial whether I’d like them for our wedding and she talked me through the four main options that she has on offer so I wanted to share them with everyone in case it’s a treatment you’re interested in getting. On a side note, Nicole has a very stringent set of policies in relation to Covid-19 so no worries there at all.
1. LVL Lash Lift
This is the most natural treatment that Nicole offers and would be perfect for brides who love a natural look but want a little lift. LVL awakens your eyes with a lash lift and tint and it’s basically like a perm for your eyelashes. This is also the quickest treatment for lashes as it just uses your natural lashes but it also lasts the longest as your lift can last up to 6-8 weeks. I have personally had LVL lifts a couple of times and they really last for ages if you look after them.
Nicole says; “Get more out of your own lashes with this popular treatment. It will lift your natural lashes making them look longer and tint them black. This treatment is great for a natural enhancement.”
Plus, you can apply mascara to lifted lashes after a couple of days and they look fantastic so you can continue with any makeup plans you already have, you’ll just look even more amazing! If you’re looking for lash lifts in Nottingham then Nicole is your girl.

2. Classic Lash Extensions
The treatment I had is the most natural of Beauty Nottingham’s eyelash extension treatments and they really lift your face without being heavy or in the way. Nicole says; “This lash extension is one false lash to one natural lash. I use fine soft lashes to create a natural look. They can be as long or short as desired. I recommend having infills every 2-3 weeks.”
This would be my choice of eyelash extension if I were to wear them for my wedding as they are natural enough for day to day wear as even when you’re not wearing make up you just look like you have amazing lashes! 3. Hybrid Lash Extensions
The Hybrid lashes are a mix of classic (as above) and Russian (the most glam option, below!) lashes. This lash treatment creates a really fluffy look which is next up on the glam scale from the classic lashes. These lashes include a little bit of the fan-like look from the Russian lashes with some natural classics added in to dial down the glam.

4. Russian Lash Extensions
Finally, last but not least is the look with maximum glam – Russian lashes. Nicole says; “For this lash extension I hand-make a fan out of lashes to put on each of your natural lashes. This technique creates fuller look. They can be shorter to create volume or longer for glam!”
