‘Diet’ desserts are usually pretty dire, am I right? I mean we all know fruit salad isn’t a dessert and yoghurt and berries just don’t cut it sometimes. Don’t get me wrong, I love my yoghurt and berries and a bit of dark chocolate but sometimes you just need something that is tasty and artificially sweet (in a good way!). That cake or ice-cream sweet is hard to beat if you’re running on pure cravings so I like to find puddings that are in no way clean eating but don’t break the calorie bank.
