Decorating is the most exciting part of any new home, room or season. Making your space your own is always the best and makes you feel all cosy and homely. Prints and wall art are really important to us and we love to express our personalities and interests with them. But, what’s the best way to choose the prints that you’re going to hang in your home? Here are a few tips and what we usually do…
I’ve found over this winter season that I’ve developed a few favourite pieces and wanted to share them with you guys! There’s three styles that I’m loving, mini skirts that are A-Line (not tight, not flippy – A-Line!), the teeny tiny mini bag and chunky boots. Check out some of my favourites below.
As if it’s September? It’s basically autumn and summer is well and truly behind us. Well, I hope the weather realises so anyway because I always get so confused this time of year about what to wear. The day will start out freezing and you’ll be sweating by lunchtime. Nightmare. Anyway, seeing as it’s a whole new month I thought I’d share some items I’m lusting over for the new season.
Autumn is going to catch up with us quicker than we think, I’m sure of it! It’ll soon be September and time to pack away the sandals and get back into our boots. I’ve been loving some of the new in pieces on the high street at the moment and thought these 6 pieces would be perfect for the seasonal transition. They can all work together as well so they’re great if you’re a capsule wardrobe chick like I wish I was.

Whenever it comes to styling myself for blog shoots, shopping, generally getting dressed from day to day I always, always reach for something striped or something black. Or, like this outfit, the two together! This is a classic outfit for me switched up with some culottes over skinny jeans for a little something different.
A bit of a rambly post today, all about blogging and the world of influencers! At the moment, it feels like everyone is a blogger and also, at the same time, everyone is making it seriously big! These girls are giving up their jobs to be their own bosses, travel the world and absolutely smash it. I love following these girls, I love blogging and I (obviously) love paid jobs with brands I love but, would I want to do it full time?
I’m usually a huge monochrome fiend as you probably know. I love to wear a lot of black, grey and white (well, white when I’m feeling brave and or not going near food or coffee) but occasionally I like a little pop of colour to an outfit and when I saw this bright yellow door near the castle in Nottingham, I knew I had to shoot an outfit photo here. Yep, I’m using a door as my pop of colour and I’m totally OK with that.
Today’s post is coming at you scheduled in as I’m currently in sunny Portugal with my boyfriend and the in-laws, hopefully having an amazing time. The only issues I had with going on holiday were, a) I’m terrible at packing and b) I’m terrible at outfit planning and you kind of need to be able to do both to go on holiday when you’re trying to pack light! We do that penny saving thing of only taking hand-luggage which is an awesome idea and it also makes you take less stuff and really think through what you’re going to wear. Hopefully I’ll have a holiday style diary to share with you guys next week when I’m back because I have meticulously planned my evening outfits!
