How To Stay On Track With Food

Staying on track on a ‘diet’ can be super tough. That’s why I’m so glad that I’ve finally found a lifestyle that I feel like I can stick to! I’ve done my fair share of fad diets and workouts in my time so I finally feel like I’m there with something sustainable! Here I’ve got some tips on how to stay on track with your food and not cave when someone hands you a £1 McDonalds voucher in the street. Read More

The #TetleySmiles Challenge

Since signing up for my British Heart Foundation Maraton in a Month I’ve been thinking more about charity and what everyone can do to help so when Tetley (yep, the tea!) contacted me and told me all about their The Tetley Smile Challenge I knew I had to share it! It’s a major new campaign to celebrate a $1 million donation by Tetley and Tata Sons to The Smile Train cleft lip charity. The aim of the Smile Challenge is to capture one million smiles to help support Smile Train, which funds life-changing surgery for children born with a cleft lip or palate. Read More

Where To Eat In Nottingham: Copper

If you’re in need of a seriously good scone or slice of amazing home baked cake then Copper is the place to head. They have three locations in Nottingham, one city centre, Mapperley and West Bridgford. I’ve been to all three and they’re all amazing. I’m here to chat all things cream tea today but their brunch, main meals and lunchtime menu are equally awesome. I really recommend heading here if you’re anywhere near and are the slightest bit hungry. Read More

Being A #NapQueen + New Beauty Buys

It might be a little bit early for a favourites post but I thought it was time as I’ve been loving all of these products for the past few weeks. There’s a mix of beauty, skincare, fashion and a tea in here, all perfect for the springtime.

Faves 2

First up are the Neutrogena Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Cleansing Wipes. These are new in the Neutrogena Visibly Clear Range and they’re the perfect morning pick me up for a quick cleanse or as the first step in my evening skincare routine to take off all my gunky makeup before going in with a cleansing gel or balm. Next and lastly in skincare is an eye cream. My love for avocados is growing by the day so it was only a matter of time until I picked up the Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. I feel like my skin is definitely getting more dry in texture as I’m getting older and especially the skin around my eyes can feel like it needs some TLC so this is perfect as it’s super hydrating. Mixing Up My Routine With Teagime

For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been trialling a new range of teas from Teagime which is a fully personalised ‘teatox’ programme that has been tailored to me. I’ve never, ever been a fan of the cliched ‘detox tea’ packages that every blogger, Ex On The Beach and Instagram influencer promote that are probably laced with laxatives and therefore lead to that super-flat belly look by way of making you, basically, flushed out. I’m not into this type of teatox so I am sceptical when tea brands try to break into the market and work with bloggers. Read More

A Cup of Tea in Lacock, Wiltshire

Lacock is one of my most favourite places ever, it’s situated a 10 minute drive away from my parent’s house and it’s so pretty that it’s been used for films such as Harry Potter and Pride & Prejudice! We went for an hour’s walk around it the other day whilst I was at home and had some tea and a little sit down. Here’s a photo diary of the visit! Read More
