This is the latest addition to my night-time skincare regime. Welcome to a good night’s sleep in a jar! I picked this up from Escentual.com (one of my favourite beauty online stores) after reading a blog post all about this new range from Vichy.
Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep Recovery Gel-Balm is great for me as I’m struggling with sleep at the moment. I drop off but I find that I’m waking up a lot in the night, hence not looking very well rested when I actually have to get up and look human! I’m really liking the texture of my skin now I’m using this constantly, it has the magical hyaluronic acid that my skin loves and it also has glycrryhizic acid from liquorice extract which soothes with anti-inflammatory properties.
