Here’s a little interiors update with my first shelf styling attempt in our living room! Our house is a mix of modern with some mid-century touches and a mix of monochrome with colour added in – plus it’s a mix of both me and Luke so the finished product is something that looks a little bit like this. I love shelf styling, I think it’s so clever – I’ve been poring over Pinterest for a few weeks now and finally decided to give it a little go.

I uploaded this snap on Instagram yesterday when I first did it, but I’ve since changed the daffodils in the middle for a little IKEA shrub. Our big ‘MONDAY’ print on the mantel piece is from Wesley Bird at East End Prints and the natural wood stag head was a stocking filler for Luke at Christmas. What do you think of my #shelfie?
