Sometimes you just need a cocktail, right? Spring is on the way and it’ll soon be summer BBQ season and I can’t wait. We’ve been practicing a few tasty cocktails in preparation and this is one of the tastiest mixes that we’ve come up with.
If you like gin, elderflower and berry flavours in your cocktails this will be right up your street. Simply mix all the ingredients below and serve in funky glasses or tumblers.We picked up the mason jar style cocktail glasses from Tiger for a bargain £2 each. This recipe can easily be multiplied by larger quantities and made into a large bowl of punch or served in a jug for guests to serve themselves.
- 50ml gin – we used Gordons Sloe Gin which adds to the berry flavour
- Frozen raspberries
- Ice cubes
- 25ml Grenadine
- Elderflower Presse
