Having spent more time than ever in our homes over the last year, there is no surprise that there has been an increase in the number of people who want to redecorate. Having stared at the same tired wallpaper for the last however many months, who can blame us! I am definitely one of those people. Here’s a few more ideas if you’re looking for some redecoration inspiration for your home.

I know, when my home is tidier I definitely feel calmer. The key is to adapt your storage solutions around your lifestyle and make it practical for you. There’s no point having tonnes of storage crates if your most used things are kept at the bottom, right?
Believe it or not, spring is just around the corner. We can start thinking about the evenings getting lighter and warmer and begin to plan our outdoor area now so it will be ready in time for the season.

Another house, another kitchen makeover! This is the first proper before and after decoration blog post for the new house – our kitchen mini-renovation. I showed you guys the living room but we didn’t do any ‘decorating’ in there. This time we didn’t go DIY kitchen makeover like we did last time we had a design done and a proper kitchen fitter come and install everything so it was sorted within a week. Whereas, when we did it ourselves it was over a number of months until we had our finalised kitchen.
As we all know 2020 didn’t turn out to be the year we all imagined, and for anyone who had their wedding planned (aka us), they’ve been forced to postpone to 2021 or beyond. For those couples who have postponed to 2021 and are now re-planning their weddings there are plenty of trends that’ll be big for this year. Without doubt wedding planning will have been impacted by Coronavirus and the impact it has had on people and the economy will be something that will affect how people move forward with their planning. There are going to be lots of trends for weddings this year and I think that either people will opt for smaller, more intimate weddings, or they will go for larger weddings and really celebrate with all their family and friends.
