Last week, I finished my first full week of clean eating as part of the Clean Eating Challenge that my Crossfit Box runs and I thought I’d share some of my favourite lunches and snacks that I’ve had recently. Hopefully if you’re trying to eat a little bit healthier this will show you that you don’t have to eat really small portions. I’ve also recently got Invisalign so my meals are slightly bigger as I’m only eating 4 times a day as opposed to have three meals and two snacks or six smaller meals a day.
- Mango & Blueberry Snack Pot
- Tuna Steak, Tomato & Broccoli Salad
- Homemade Granola with Banana, Blueberries and Alpro Coconut + Protein Shake
- Spinach & Feta Falafels
- Prawn, Avocado and Mango Salad
- Scrambled Eggs & Spinach on Toast with Ham & Tomatoes
Strictly speaking my toast, tea and protein shake aren’t 100% clean but I’m aiming to be 90% clean in my diet and eating a lot more fresh ingredients in my diet. I’m really liking it so far and I’m really enjoying discovering new recipes. I’ll give you guys another round-up of my favourite meals next week!
