Fancy a 8oz steak and chips for £10?  Oaks are offering just that on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Their awesome new offer is £10 for a 10 oz Porterhouse steak and chips and then for only £3.50 more you can add a glass of wine which is fab for a mid-week treat. I popped along this week to try their steak and since my last visit to Oaks, I was expecting it to be as great as last time. The steak was really good and the staff are so knowledgeable about the meats it’s really inspiring. If you’re a steak expert or a complete novice, I guarantee they’ll tell you something you don’t know about steak!

The chips were just as amazing as last time and we also tried the truffle mash which is really yummy. We were also treated to a few starters and the baked cheese with garlic bread had to be my favourite. It’s as good as it sounds, trust me.
