Shower Time With Dr. Do Good

If there’s one thing that I’m not keen on at this time of year it’s getting out of my nice warm shower and having to apply cold body moisturiser to my limbs! For the past few weeks, I’ve been trialling the Dr Do Good In-Shower Moisturising Spray and it’s well and truly changed the need for applying moisturiser after my shower and thus making myself chilly on these already cold February mornings! Win, win.

I’ve got a number of plus points about this product. I love the packaging, the branding is super cool. It also includes a whole number of superfood skin protecting extracts such as tomato, carrot, yellow pepper, broccoli and aubergine.

The product really works and does moisturise the skin, I don’t have particularly dry skin so I can’t recommend this for people that do but I usually moisturise after my showers daily anyway. Another plus point about this product is the fact that it’s great for shaving your legs! It acts like a shaving cream and moisturises at the same time and then you don’t have to moisturise afterwards! I don’t think they market the product for this purpose but that’s a little tip from me, I’ve found it really great for shaving.

One thing I would say is that it could smell nicer, if it smelt amazing I wouldn’t hesitate to re-purchase this but it just smells similar to the Nivea in-shower spray. I’m guessing this is because of a specific ingredient that they must both include. It doesn’t smell bad, it has a clean scent but it’s not a beautiful scent and I usually like to use shower and body products that I can’t wait to smell every day!
