Pregnancy means lots of differences with your skin and everyone’s is different. I have very combination/oily skin which was really spot prone and I’ve struggled with it for ever but since I’ve been pregnant my skin is very dry including my face and I only had breakouts during the first 5-6 weeks of my pregnancy.

Hair related ‘problems’ are common among both men and women. Though tweezing, plucking, shaving, using depilatory cream, or waxing have been the most preferred hair removal methods, the temporary solution they provide isn’t always a winner. So, why would someone spend all their time, money, and energy on such regular methods when an advanced hair removal solution is available? Check it out if hair removal is up your street.

This post includes gifted products.
I’ve been trialling some new skincare from Florena over the past few weeks and although I’m not sure I can vouch for the anti-aging effects of these products I wanted to share my thoughts as the products were gifted.
This whole range is fermented which is interesting and I wanted to find out more about what this meant. We’ve all heard about fermented food such as kimchi and other pickles being super good for you so why should it be any different when it comes to skincare? “The fermentation process is a natural way to break down a substance into a simpler form, making it more powerful. The fermentation process allows skincare products to be more efficacious and much more absorbable to give you the best results possible, in an effective and natural way!” – According to Boots.com.

There are affiliate links in this post and gifted products from Gallinée.
If you’re a regular around here you will have seen my journey back to my beloved blonde with Saks salon in Newark and I mentioned some of the products I’m using to keep my hair damage-free and the lengths stronger. I’m loving the products mentioned in that post for my breakage issues but I’ve got a few other products to chat to you about from a brand I’ve only used skincare from before, Gallinée. Gallinée is the world’s first skin and haircare line dedicated to the health and wellbeing of Planet You. Let’s talk about skincare for your scalp.

We all know how much sustainability, vegan and cruelty free beauty has blown up over the past few years and for obviously great reasons. It’s fantastic that we can easily find products that haven’t been anywhere near a poor little bunny but it’s still shocking how many of our ‘favourite’ brands still test on animals. Thankfully there are brands and products that we can make a beeline for and know that we’re getting cruelty free products. Here are five of my favourite skincare products that are in my routine at the moment that are all awesome products in themselves but also happen to be budget-friendly, all £10 and under and all cruelty free.

We can say spring is officially here now, can’t we? It’s April!
Pastel colours and wardrobe switches are on and I’ve added some beauty bits into my routine for the spring time, some new products, some have just recently come into my collection and they all look very cute and spring like together so I wanted to share. These are some essentials that I can’t live without right now – basically an old school favourites post without the typical ‘April Favourites’ title! I hope you enjoy – let me know in the comments if you’ve used any of these products and what you thought.
