A New Fitness Journey: Results With Lucy Beach Body

It’s official, I’m starting a new fitness plan next week and I’m 100% hoping it’s going to make me look like Lucy Meck! I’m tackling the 4 week Beach Body plan¬†which says that it’s suitable for beginner-intermediate fitness levels. I like to think I’m quite fit but I always like a new challenge. This is on the run up to my summer holiday so I’ll give you an update in two weeks and then a round-up when it’s all over and I’ll tell you what I think.
