A New Fitness Journey: Results With Lucy Beach Body

It’s official, I’m starting a new fitness plan next week and I’m 100% hoping it’s going to make me look like Lucy Meck! I’m tackling the 4 week Beach Body plan which says that it’s suitable for beginner-intermediate fitness levels. I like to think I’m quite fit but I always like a new challenge. This is on the run up to my summer holiday so I’ll give you an update in two weeks and then a round-up when it’s all over and I’ll tell you what I think.

I’ve never tried an online plan before so I don’t really know what to expect. With this plan, Results with Lucy are bringing in a Holiday Workout Guide plus a Summer Eating Out Guide which is really interesting because I think this is the hardest thing to tackle when it comes to dieting. It’s all well and good sticking to your diet but then when your girls are heading out for a glass of wine and some dinner, you panic! Well, I do. You don’t know the menu, what will you eat? Hopefully, the Summer Eating Out Guide will really help with this. I can’t wait to try the workouts and recipes that are in the plan too.

  1. Id love to know how you get on with this – keep seeing her pop up but im not sure i want to pay for her programmes when shes not even a qualified pt

    1. I’ll definitely let you know! I’ll be doing a half way point update in a couple of weeks and then a round up when I’m done! x
