Dessert For 150 Calories?

‘Diet’ desserts are usually pretty dire, am I right? I mean we all know fruit salad isn’t a dessert and yoghurt and berries just don’t cut it sometimes. Don’t get me wrong, I love my yoghurt and berries and a bit of dark chocolate but sometimes you just need something that is tasty and artificially sweet (in a good way!). That cake or ice-cream sweet is hard to beat if you’re running on pure cravings so I like to find puddings that are in no way clean eating but don’t break the calorie bank. Treats like these are hard to find!

I did a post on my top 5 sweet treats for flexible dieters a while ago and I featured another dessert from this Weight Watchers range, the brownie puddings, and they are simply amazing. I tried these Toffee & Honeycomb sundaes this weekend to curb the Saturday night sweet treat craving and it hit the ice cream spot perfectly. I picked these up in Morrisons, which I think is the best supermarket for all things diet-dessert if you’re looking for frozen treats. They always seem to have the Weight Watchers products in stock and their desserts are always pretty good.

I’m not on the Weight Watchers diet and I don’t even know how it works but all I know is these puds are tasty and they come in at only 154 calories for a sizeable tub. Check out my recent post on How To Keep On Track With Food for more info on my diet and how I eat day to day.
