My Favourite 20 Minute HIIT Workout

Here’s another little workout post for you guys. I love a good HIIT workout and I’ve formulated this little one together from a few exercises that I really enjoy. I’m wearing the Davina F&F Geo Print Medium Impact Sports Bra from Tesco’s clothing range and I love it. Are you ready to sweat? Set a timer for one-minute intervals for 20 minutes – I just downloaded any old interval timer apps from the App Store, they all work pretty much the same. This workout is four different exercises and then you can top it off with a minute plank for a finisher!

Round 1
Minute 1: 60 skips
Minute 2: 10 burpees
Minute 3: 60 skips
Minute 4: 10 burpees

REST 1 MIN

Round 2

Minute 1: 10 kettlebell swings
Minute 2: 12 kettlebell goblet squats
Minute 3: 10 kettlebell swings
Minute 4: 12 kettlebell goblet squats

REST 1 MIN

Round 3
Minute 1: 60 skips
Minute 2: 10 burpees
Minute 3: 60 skips
Minute 4: 10 burpees

REST 1 MIN

Round 4

Minute 1: 10 kettlebell swings
Minute 2: 12 kettlebell goblet squats
Minute 3: 10 kettlebell swings
Minute 4: 12 kettlebell goblet squats
Minute 5: Plank

DONE!
