Results With Lucy: The Lowdown

Beach Body + is over and I’m here to tell you basically, whether it’s worth the money or not! Obviously, we all want to look like Lucy Meck, she’s a stunner but she’s also done a hell of a lot of hard work to get to where she is. Beach Body + is the intermediate to advanced plan for if you’re already into the fitness game and just want a little push before a big event i.e a holiday.

The workouts definitely push you and there’s a lot of cardio so be prepared to work up a sweat. It won’t build strength unless you’re starting on a beginner plan and you’ve never set foot in a gym before. For me, this wasn’t a strength builder, it was just something to mix up my training and add in some extra cardio. I’m not a huge fan of working out at home, I don’t find it very motivating so I don’t think I’d purchase another plan but, saying this, the plans definitely work for people that aren’t gym goers in my opinion. They’re perfect for girls that don’t feel comfortable in a gym and don’t have the knowledge of what to do to get them to their dream body. For me, I feel a bit awkward working out in my spare room and I get bored very easily when it comes to the video workouts so I don’t think it’s for me forever. It was great to mix up my routine, though!

Results With Lucy provide you with all the info and expertise to help you lose weight and tone up so I think these plans are perfect for people that are new to fitness and healthy eating. They provide a tonne of recipes and some really helpful eating out guides that include loads of popular restaurants and coffee shops. These are a so useful for people that find that they panic when they’re ‘on a diet’ and get asked to go out for dinner. I really rate these guides! You also get a fab holiday workout guide which is great if you’re heading somewhere that doesn’t have a gym.
