Skincare Favourites from #BootsBeautyBox

When a #BootsBeautyBox pops through my door, I know it’s going to be a good day. Who doesn’t love a giant box of beauty goodies to play with? This box is packed full of some of Boots’ best own-brand products. I’ve been a fan of some of these products for a while and I’ve never tried others so it’s been a very exciting box.

First up, products I’ve already had experience with! I love the Botanics range anyway and I’ve purchased the Botanics All Bright 3-in-1 Micellar Water and it’s great – it works just as well as Bioderma and other higher-priced alternatives. I’d definitely recommend it. I’ve also tried the Botanics Radiant Youth Hydrating Eye Cream which is super gentle and hydrating. It doesn’t make your eyes feel tight when you’ve got it on. This is currently part of my night-time skincare routine as I’m using the trusty Garner Eye Roll-On to wake me up in the morning!

Now, onto products I’ve used for the first time thanks to Boots! The 3-Minute Cucumber Clay Mask is a great little mask for the price, it’s only £1.50 – how amazing is that? It’s refreshing and purifying at the same time, I really like clay-based masks for my oily skin anyway and this is a nice replacement for my Soap & Glory one I’ve just finished up. Another oily-skin favourite is the Tea Tree, Witch Hazel & Charcoal Deep Cleansing Scrub which is gentle enough for everyday use but I don’t use it if I have any blemishes – only to prevent them. These are definitely my favourite new products that I’ve been introduced to by this #BootsBeautyBox.

Other goodies included were their Moisturising Cleansing Wipes, their Simply Sensitive Protecting Day Moisturiser with SPF15 and the super-powerful Skin Clear Ultra Rapid Action Spot Gel which I was really impressed with from the first application! It really made spots almost vanish over-night. I’d say that I preferred it to the Origins Super Spot Remover. Boots have nailed it with their Beauty Box yet again! Thanks Boots 🙂
