This is a little extended money diary that I thought I’d put together because it’s a little bit different. This is where we’re planning to spend money that we’ve saved up previously for the house. The majority of this spending will be on our house additions because it’s all project decoration right now! We were off work all of this week and also had our anniversary which was also meant to be our wedding day.

You can still sell your home during this time, providing the estate agency market is open. Houses for sale are still selling, regardless of the pandemic. Not only are they selling, but they are selling quickly. Ours flew out the door! If selling during a recession is cause for hesitation, take some time to review your financial situation as well as the market you are trying to sell in.
A winter wedding can be just as beautiful as a wedding at any other time of year. We’re planning to get married in the winter, obviously it’s next year now but that just gives us more time to chill. A lot of people would say ‘more time to plan’ but we literally have hardly any planning to do! It’ll probably creep up on us next year but we’re staying chilled for now.

It’s coming up to almost 10 years since I learned to drive and I actually can’t believe that I’ve been driving for almost a decade. That’s terrifying and now my younger siblings will be learning to drive in a few years and it is just crazy how fast the time goes isn’t it? We’re thinking about family cars for the future and are finally in a place where we can probably have most cars that we like and we don’t have to be *too* cost conscious which is really nice when it comes to choosing our next car.
