Some like to be a little frugal when it comes to investing in our health and wellbeing, others might prefer to splurge every once in a while. Post in collaboration with Nicole’s Beauty Nottingham a lovely at-home salon in East Bridgford. Nicole kindly gifted me a set of lashes as I wanted to trial whether I’d like them for our wedding and she talked me through the four main options that she has on offer so I wanted to share them with everyone in case it’s a treatment you’re interested in getting. On a side note, Nicole has a very stringent set of policies in relation to Covid-19 so no worries there at all.

Let’s talk hair. I’ve been every colour under the sun thanks to those good old teenage years of the Scene. If you know, you know – our poor hair! Despite this, my hair is in pretty good condition apart from a little breakage on one side which I’m convinced is down to the way I sleep. Right side of my head only, always.

Primer
I’ve been using erborian primers all year and they really are awesome. I featured them in this brand discovery blog post a little while ago but I’m still working my way through the Bamboo Glow* and finished up erborian Matte Creme* a few months ago which was so good for mattifying and worked really well with my favourite foundation. I don’t have a favourite primer other than these, I find they really do what they say they will so they’re super reliable!
