Brunch, the meal of our generation, right? I don’t think anyone’s eaten as much #avocadotoast or eggs with a side of coffee than Gen Z, right? Definitely and I’m not complaining. Brunch has to be one of my favourite meals ever and it’s basically what all of our holidays and trips revolve around. During our Dublin trip, we headed to the well-recommended San Lorenzo’s, a New York/Italian style restaurant in the heart of the city centre. What’s the difference between a pancake and a crepe? Apparently, pancakes are thicker, fluffier and include a raising agent, so our pancakes that we usually call pancakes are actually crepes. Fun facts for Pancake Day! Anyway, we know we’re all still going to call them pancakes and we’re all going to eat them on the 28th February and they’re going to be damn tasty.

Topshop saves the day as usual with these two statement pieces, firstly the Moto Fringe Hem Jeans for £42.00, I have a feeling she might actually be wearing these exact jeans and this Topshop Light Khaki Canvas Jacket, £40.00, is a great dupe for her casual jacket.
We headed out to Browns Brasserie Nottingham for a weekend celebration for my birthday and went out for it and tried their limited edition Tender Beef menu which our awesome waiter, Raj, was telling us was only available for a few months until they change it to lamb (which we’ll definitely be going back to try FYI).
With the announcement that Nottingham might be getting its own street food market (yaaaas!), I thought it’d be sweet to round up some of the best street food markets and pop-ups in the UK right now. It’s safe to say that we’re definitely very excited to be getting our very own street food market because it’s something that we feel Notts has been missing for a while. We get the occasional pop-up here and there but nothing as monumental as some of the other street food markets in the UK’s other cities like Manchester and London!
