If you’re looking for a seriously amazing brunch and you’re in Manchester city centre then you need, need, need, to go Federal Cafe Bar! We hunted these guys out on Instagram before we headed to Manchester the other weekend as we, as you probably know, love food and we love to discover new places.
I had the Halloumi & Shrooms which is a ridiculously amazing plate of sourdough toast, two poached eggs, halloumi, mushrooms, rocket and an awesome tomato relish. I also had a lovely soy latte served in a super pretty glass. This was probably the best brunch I’ve ever had, hands down. Luke had Avocado Toast with bacon and poached eggs and a cappuccino and was equally as impressed. We literally considered heading back there for a late lunch before we left Manchester it was that good! The service was awesome, I loved the interior of the place and the food is pretty incredible.
