Finally, a proper Mexican restaurant has planted itself in Nottingham. I’ve been waiting for this day for a long time. I know we have Las Iguanas (which isn’t technically Mexican FYI) and Barburrito and Tortilla but these guys basically serve beans and rice in a wrap for lunch. So, it’s safe to say there was a Mexican restaurant shaped hole in my heart. Now it’s been filled! You’ll have seen me post about The Pudding Pantry before. It’s a little gem of Nottingham city centre that do epic cakes and tasty brunch. We both went for the classic scrambled eggs with a few cheeky sides.
