I’m usually a huge monochrome fiend as you probably know. I love to wear a lot of black, grey and white (well, white when I’m feeling brave and or not going near food or coffee) but occasionally I like a little pop of colour to an outfit and when I saw this bright yellow door near the castle in Nottingham, I knew I had to shoot an outfit photo here. Yep, I’m using a door as my pop of colour and I’m totally OK with that.
There are a few colour pops here, though, I stuck with a neutral palette of navy, white and black but added the red and blue with my accessories. This bag is my pride and joy, it was an amazing Christmas present and it has my initials on. I love anything that’s monogrammed! I’ve paired it with my monogrammed Mon Breton top that’s also super cute. You can see that in more detail in this post.
This skirt is one of my wardrobe staples. I always reach for it when I’m not sure what to wear because it always looks great whether it’s paired with a grey sweatshirt and trainers or a top and heels for a night out.
