Staying on track on a ‘diet’ can be super tough. That’s why I’m so glad that I’ve finally found a lifestyle that I feel like I can stick to! I’ve done my fair share of fad diets and workouts in my time so I finally feel like I’m there with something sustainable! Here I’ve got some tips on how to stay on track with your food and not cave when someone hands you a £1 McDonalds voucher in the street.
Adding technology into your skincare routine has definitely become seriously popular over the past few years. I mean, I saw a Face Gym when I was walking down the Kings Road in Chelsea when we last went to London. WTF is a Face Gym? Answers on a postcard plz!

It’s not often that I write favourites posts but every few months I find a few things that I find myself really liking and it’s always good to mix up the content on here! Here are 6 (mostly skincare and beauty but with a fashion fave) products that have been giving me life in December!
1. Time For Tea?
It’s cold, Storm Barbara is raging on and you might not have even finished your Christmas shopping yet. And, I know exhaustion has set in from seeing every friend and family member you’ve ever known within the space of two weeks! Work is finally over though but this means a million invites for festive get-togethers. Sometimes, you just need to pop a pizza in the oven and watch Elf. That’s exactly my plan for tonight. Cutting to the chase, Barber & Parlour is an amazing place to get brunch and little lunch bites in the heart of Shoreditch. Just around the corner from Boxpark Pop Up, this amazing place is somewhere you can have your nails done and for guys to get a haircut and THEN eat some incredible food.
I’m not sure how often they change the menu but when I headed there at the weekend to catch up with some friends Luke & I really loved the food and the setting so I thought I had to share it with you guys.

Freshly landed in Notts is Griddle & Shake, a seriously cool independent burger company which serves killer dirty burgers, heavenly shakes, chicken wings and beers all with a smile! I’ll give you the low down…
The Burgers
If you’re a burger fan but don’t fancy waiting forever for a table or coming out of a restaurant stinking like a meat-smoker then I’ve got the perfect answer! Griddle & Shake is surprisingly awesome. I say surprisingly because you don’t expect something this good to come out of a Subway-style ordering process. You choose your burger (beef, chicken, tempeh or pulled pork), bun (pretzel or brioche), cheese (American, stilton, cheddar or halloumi), side (we’ll get onto fries later) & drink and pay at the till.
Winter is well and truly here and it’s time to get snuggly. One of my latest loves is this Black & Grey Colourblock Cape from Mint Velvet. I love this piece because you can easily just wear it as a huge scarf or a wrap around your shoulders as well as wear it like the cape it’s designed to be (it’s got arm holes!). It’s really versatile.
I’ve always thought that mismatched, crazy Christmas trees have so much more personality that perfect decorated, stuck to a colour theme trees. This post is short and sweet today but I just had to share the cutest Harrods Christmas decorations that I’ve added to my tree this year. I mean, how cute is Hugh the bear in ornament form? I’m also 100% obsessed with the sparkly tartan beauty and the purple, ivory and gold tear drop shaped bauble.
