Festivities are over and it’s now the time that we see all of the Spring/Summer trends coming into the shops and it’s really exciting! Although it’s still cold, we’ve got the hope of it only getting warmer now, right? I hope so and this little parcel of Clarins goodies are definitely making me feel like it’s nearly Springtime. Enter, their new Garden Escape Collection. The collection has six pieces, an eyeshadow palette, a gorgeous green eye-liner pencil, the blush below and three lip products. I’m trialling the Blush Prodige in Sweet Rose and two of the Insight Light Lip Balm Perfector.

The two Lip Balm Perfectors that I have here are 01 in Rose and 06 in Rosewood. They’re both gorgeous colours and are the poshest lip balms ever – I love them. There isn’t a lot of colour pay-off, they’re simply tinted lip balms but they feel really smooth and moisturising on the lips. The blush is also the prettiest pink colour and I think it will suit so many skin tones. It has two sections of matte and shimmer and they work really well together or on their own. The packaging of the blush is one of the best things about it I think, Clarins casing is always beautiful!
