Dessert For 150 Calories?
‘Diet’ desserts are usually pretty dire, am I right? I mean we all know fruit salad isn’t a dessert and yoghurt and berries just don’t cut it sometimes. Don’t get me wrong, I love my yoghurt and berries and a bit of dark chocolate but sometimes you just need something that is tasty and artificially sweet (in a good way!). That cake or ice-cream sweet is hard to beat if you’re running on pure cravings so I like to find puddings that are in no way clean eating but don’t break the calorie bank. Treats like these are hard to find!
Chocolate & Berry Protein Ball Recipe
Protein balls. They split taste buds, I think! Some people swear by them and some people won’t touch them but I feel like these are *the* protein balls that will change protein ball haters minds. They’re so yummy, chocolatey and chewy and they pack a serious protein punch with around 9g of protein.
Berry & Banana Overnight Protein Oats Recipe
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Said, someone once and now everyone’s stolen their saying. But, still, it is super important to eat breakfast because you’ve essentially been ‘fasting’ all night whilst you’ve been asleep. I don’t believe that you need to eat at a certain time, like an hour after waking, or anything like that because I’ve not seen evidence that it really matters. I usually eat about 1-1.5 hours after waking up on weekdays and it’s definitely within 30 mins on weekends when showering before eating is 100% not necessary.
How To Stay On Track With Food
Staying on track on a ‘diet’ can be super tough. That’s why I’m so glad that I’ve finally found a lifestyle that I feel like I can stick to! Here I’ve got some tips on how to stay on track with your food and not cave when someone hands you a £1 McDonalds voucher in the street.

Super Fat-Busting Foods For Healthy Eating
The idea of eating in order to lose weight is often thought of as a bit of a weird thought. After all, most ‘diets’ tell us that in order to shed the pounds, we need to limit our diet. In many cases, it certainly can be. After all, if you are already eating a poor diet full of saturated fats, and not exercising enough to burn off the calories, you are going to put on weight. With this in mind, many people continue to eat the same diet, but just less of it. When we restrict food from ourselves, our bodies realise we are hungry and can go into starvation mode. When this happens, our bodies survivalist instinct kicks in and it does all it can to hold on to the few calories it is receiving. Instead of processing certain fats through the body, our body tries to hold on to them to keep what it perceives as its diminishing fat stores afloat. It is for this reason that people on a very low-calorie diet actually stay the same weight as they were before.
How To Find Winter Fitness Motivation
Now the clocks have gone back it can be trickier to motivate yourself to get up early and hit the gym or head to that class after work or uni when you’re tired and all you fancy doing it curling up on the sofa with a box of Milk Tray. I’ve got three tips to help yourself get motivated to keep your fitness going into the winter months.
5 Tips To Help You Go Sugar-Free
People eat so much sugar these days, it’s in everything! While the sweet stuff isn’t all that bad in moderation, there has been a lot of talk about going sugar-free. Or at least cutting it down a fair bit. I tried clean-eating successfully for a full 8 weeks which includes basically nothing out of a packet. When you start to think about it it’s unreal how much extra stuff is in our food from the supermarkets that we don’t need. Which got me thinking about how you could do that while trying to sustain a normal life and not losing the will to love. I thought I would share with you a few tips!

Healthy eating is all about the preparation. Here are five tips that I think make healthy easier (I won’t call it dieting because it’s not a quick fix!). I do all of these things in my day to day life to make eating generally easier because being hungry is just something I’m interested in! I hope they’re helpful.
