Half of the people surveyed by slatergordon.co.uk don’t care that they could get hurt or injure someone else by just doing a little DIY. These people be crazy. I mean 45% of these people would just drill into a wall. Calm your drills, guys.
What I spend in a week #2
My first spending diary was really popular so I thought I’d do another for this week just gone! Kicking it off is my food shopping as I explained in my last post, I keep separate budgets for my weekly spends and my food shopping. My half of the food shop was £15.45 this week which was our cheapest shop of the month. We weren’t at home for dinner twice in this week so we didn’t need as much food, obviously! Again, this weekly spends runs Saturday- Friday.
3 Summer Tanning Tips To Bring On The Bronze
Summer is coming! Well, hopefully, if this rain ever goes away. Summer equals tanning, bronzed skin and some sunshine to go along with holidays and getting your legs out. For me this is anyway!
1. Be gradual
Whether it’s in-shower or over night, gradual tans are the best way to get the glow without the shock! I find that traditional fake tan is too much of a colour change the next day and everyone’s all “You look different.”. But, with a gradual, no one really notices as much. I’m so stealth. I also love to add a little gradual tanner to my face moisturiser every few nights in the summer. Bronzer is also a staple for my summertime makeup, kabuki brushes are perfect for creating the perfect contoured ‘3’ around your face.

How To Still Have Garden Life In The City
City living is great for a lot of reasons. I know I love it compared to small town life. Most cities are exciting places to be. You can pop out for a coffee, or a meal, whenever you fancy. You never have to miss out because the bus times were wrong, or you had no way of getting there. Plus points aside (and, honestly, there are a lot of them!) there are some not so great things. Sometimes, city living can get on top of you. We all need peace and quiet sometimes. And, something that’s a particular problem when the sun starts shining; outside space can be hard to come by. I know this at the moment, especially as sometimes when the sun comes out I miss my garden!
Why #OfficeYoga Is The Way Forward
The importance of exercise when working in an office is huge. Sitting down all day can be really bad for you! If I don’t leave work at lunchtime for a stroll around town or to run some errands then I literally can clock up less than 4000 steps a day which I only get in because we walk to and from the carpark which is about 25-30 minutes walking a day in total. This is shocking!
