Croatia is somewhere that is seriously on my to see list when it comes to heading abroad. I’ve seen so many people venture there this year, I’m dying to go! The diversity of Croatia is amazing. From small fishing villages to ancient Roman old towns, quiet sandy beaches and rolling waves to bustling harbours, we can find it all on the Croatian coast. I’ve been having a look into places to go and I’ve found my top 5 on the Croatian list so wanted to share it with you.
Holiday season is well and truly here and everyone’s heading away to catch some rays! I’m off to Crete soon and I can’t wait for some relaxation, feta cheese and seriously pretty sunsets. The only thing that can be a little tricky in our vacay situations is trying to fit everything you own into a teeny, tiny suitcase!
My summer holiday countdown is on! With only a few weeks to go I’m already planning my capsule wardrobe for the 9-10 days that I’m away for. One thing that I’ve been on the lookout for a while is the perfect straw beach bag. I’m after something cute, a bit funky and with a lot of room so it’s a great size for me to take on the plane as my hand luggage!
Brunch, the meal of our generation, right? I don’t think anyone’s eaten as much #avocadotoast or eggs with a side of coffee than Gen Z, right? Definitely and I’m not complaining. Brunch has to be one of my favourite meals ever and it’s basically what all of our holidays and trips revolve around. During our Dublin trip, we headed to the well-recommended San Lorenzo’s, a New York/Italian style restaurant in the heart of the city centre. You can check our their brunch menu or read on for a taste of our experience!
Over numerous city breaks, holidays and sunshine-seeking trips I’ve learnt a few things about travelling that I’ve turned into some simple rules that I follow every time I go away to make the break run as smoothly as possible! We’ve recently been to Dublin which you would have seen if you follow me on Instagram and I definitely used all of these tips before and during the time that we were away.
The French Alps offer the chance to live out the ski trip of your dreams! Especially if you love a bit of nightlife and the old apres ski activities! The variety of different ski resorts in Europe allows you to find the absolutely perfect spot for letting your hair down in the evenings. Here are the top five ski resorts in France that are ready for partying.
I headed to London this weekend to see some of my best friends, do some shopping and also attend a blogger networking event. I love a quick trip to a different city and I had the best time. Check out my Instagram with some snaps from the weekend if you fancy! I explored some new places and absolutely loved Hoxton & Hackney but definitely found that I was missing some essentials that would have made my trip a lot easier.
I’ve always wanted to visit Canada, but it’s such a huge place and whenever I sit down to (virtually) explore another area looking for the perfect destination, I change my mind once more. Where I want to go, the things I want to see, the tours I want to experience.
I think I’ll have to take a few trips over there before I’ve satisfied my Canadian wanderlust, but for me, I’ve decided on Ontario as the first destination for my Canadian adventure. It has so much to offer though, that I thought I’d give you guys a few tips on how to plan your sight-seeing. It’s certainly helped me to decide where to start!
If you know me, you’ll know that 90% of the time I dress like a 5-year old and, what can I say, I like it. If you’re telling me that dungarees and trainers aren’t comfortable and therefore an amazing daily outfit choice then quite frankly, you’re silly.
These Blue Patchwork Denim Dungarees are my new favourites, they’re perfect for travelling or flying in, heading to a festival or trekking around a new city on a weekend break. The fit on these dungarees is absolutely perfect. I’ve tried so many pairs of dungarees recently I was starting to lose the hope I was going to find some but these New Look ones were the answer to all my denim prayers.
I wanted to do a blog post on my trip to Kassiopi and I’ve already done a little review on my amazing hotel which I 100% love. You can find that here if you’re interested in taking a look! I also did a quick post last year about 5 things to do in the town so I didn’t want to do that again so I’ve settled on a photo diary because, as they say, a picture paints a thousand words!
